Welcoming New Members!

Noel and Gary live on River Road in Penacook NH on the Contoocook River where we enjoy boating and swimming during the summer.  We have a Sheltie named Aggie, a cat named Smokey, and a crazy parakeet named Frisbee.  Gary is our vegetable/berry gardener and we enjoy the produce all year.  Noel is the flower gardener. 

Noel and Gary met online 10 years ago and were married shortly after.  We both enjoy playing music, Gary on the guitar and Noel on the violin.  We have participated in playing with the NH Fiddle Ensemble and other Irish groups such as the Slow Session. We have both taken various classes at CCMS and Strings and Things.

Noel is in her 9th year playing for NH Fiddle Ensemble, plays with two other Irish groups and with the worship team at her church. She has played off and on since she was 10 years old, and started playing fiddle with Carolyn Parrott in 2008. She also taught beginning violin for a few years. Gary started playing classical guitar seriously after he retired.  We both love Scottish music and enjoy playing with a group that is dedicated to playing well, and hope we can contribute to the group.
