April 13 Gathering Summary
Our April 13 Gathering began with a rehearsal of our concert material. Kip introduced the song he has chosen to sing for our concerts, and
New: Kip brought us Final Trawl, which he will sing and we’ll play and/or sing along with.
After a break we played tunes composed by several members. All of the tunes were fun to play and well-recieved, and some potential was seen for future concert sets.
We then continued with the monthly tunes from Alan and selections from our session book.
Given that our February and March sessions were cancelled, it was especially nice to see everyone again.
After several not highly successful attempts at providing a Zoom stream for our Gathering, we might have finally nailed it. If you’d like to tune in to future sessions, please let us know, or we’ll try to post a link on the home page of the website as well. Once we get rolling it’s not interactive, but you can play along.
